NOTES: PEACH, CITRUS, BLACK TEAThis super fruity, juicy coffee comes from the Bensa-Arroresa washing station in Sidama, Ethiopia. This particular washing station is the recipient of approximately 650-750 different local farmers' coffee cherries. Many of these farmers who bring their coffee to be processed here also grow other crops on their small farms. The cherry is immediately de-pulped upon arrival, and then fermented for about 24-48 hours under water. This coffee is super clean, and bursting with peachy flavour!
